Why have you chosen to become a Personal Trainer?

I wanted to become a Personal Trainer ever since I left College is 2008 when my football scholarship fell through and wanted to have a career in case I didn’t get another opportunity. I am and always have been an active person and thought I can be successful doing this as a career. It has become my way of life and who I have become as an individual.

Where do you do you Personal Training sessions?

I am currently teaching my gym session at either The Gym - Bracknell or Waves Leisure Club inside the Coppid Beech Hotel. I am able to do home visits if required but ONLY in Ascot, Bracknell, Sunninghill, Sunningdale, Wentworth, Virginia Water and Wokingham. I also use venues to take group sessions for example at a local park when the weather is nice and the grounds are safe to use.

How much does it cost for Personal Training?

I have all my prices on the sub title 'Price List' but will have a variation of promotions so keep an eye out for those or contact me directly. I have now included monthly payments which can only be found in direct contact with myself.

How long are your training sessions?

All gym sessions are based on a 60 minute workout and home workouts or shorter gym workouts are 30 minutes long. If a client would like home workouts to be an hour long then the costs will be the same as a gym session.

Are you interested in teaching classes?

I have done Bootcamp and Fit Boxing classes in the past but I have temporarily put those on hold as I am looking to reinvent those classes and have other projects lined up.

What do I need to bring and wear to every session?

Every session, I expect the client to bring their own;

• Water bottle or/and sports drink
• Gym gloves
• Gym towel

All clients should wear during the sessions;

• Appropriate sports clothing
• No loose clothing
• Trainers properly laced up (this does not include plimpsols or boots)


Do you create diet plans with your Personal Training?

For my diet plans, I do this upon request. I have recently passed modules in my Nutrtional Advisor Course that includes Sports Nutrition, Advanced Weight Nutrition, Ante/Post Natal Nutrition and Behaviour Change In Food

What type of training do you specialise in?

I can adjust my training to the client’s specific requirements. One of my main training specialties is circuits and interval training which I do for my own Training when I take part in Obstacle Racers and help others train for such events as I know how to train for these events and get the best performance out of all who choose me as a trainer. Circuit and interval training is an amazing way to train which can help increase metabolism in a person and burn fat not only during a workout but several hours after a workout is completed. To help with my sessions, not only do I use resistant machines but also include my own equipment which includes Kettlebells, Unikurves and resistant bands. I am an Ante/Post Natal instructor so I can those looking to keep fit before or after pregnancy.
